About the Job
A warm, high-energy cowgirl or cowboy character with a big personality and a playful welcoming spirit. The Rancher character is the heart of the ranch. They are confident, encouraging, and great with kids. They guide Meekah and the Mini Movers through games, teamwork and problem-solving. Must be physically expressive and comfortable leading stomping, clapping, dancing, and interactive play. Strong improv skills required, with the ability to deliver simple directions in a fun and engaging way. Should feel authentic to to a ranch/country environment while still heightened and kid- friendly. Movement or dance experience is a plus. A natural ability to support kids through moments of fear, frustration, and confidence- building is essential. Someone with real-world experience on a ranch would be ideal.
